Booking Policy: To confirm your booking a 25% deposit is required. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit. Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. No pets and animals are permitted. The owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay for an additional charge on prior request. Check in time is after 2.00pm / Check out time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement. Whist the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Wireless Broadband internet access and local telephone calls are free of charge. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required. A maximum of 8 guests per night.
